LA CALDERA HOME

In an area of recent expansion on the outskirts of Arona and Adeje counties, with unbeatable views out onto the ocean and La Gomera island, this freestanding, single-family housing project is being developed. Given the steep slope of the plot towards the sea, it was decided to locate the house at the level of the upper access street, while the solarium and pool are located some 2 meters below. Compositionally, the house is articulated around two white prisms sitting at 90 degrees, with large glass panels looking out on the south-west facing wall.
